Summary: The Cutover & Service Transition Manager will oversee the go-live and service transition for a significant Oracle Fusion Finance implementation. This role requires hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion and involves leading cutover planning, managing service transition, and coordinating with stakeholders. The position is hybrid, requiring two days on-site in London or Sunderland, and is initially a 12-month contract with potential for extension.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end cutover planning, rehearsals, and go-live execution
- Manage service transition, operational readiness, and Hypercare
- Coordinate closely with SI partners and internal stakeholders
- Oversee complex, multi-system SaaS deployments
- Manage data migration sequencing and reconciliation
Key Skills:
- Proven cutover leadership on Oracle Fusion implementations
- Strong service transition / operational readiness experience
- Experience managing Hypercare and BAU handover
- ITIL knowledge desirable
