Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all Recyclea collections and quotes are processed to a high standard.
  • Deal with incoming telephone enquiries, order progression, billing, invoice queries, etc.
  • Ensure all Recyclea onsite processes and queries are dealt with to a high standard.
  • Ensure all customer reporting and queries are processed within agreed timescales.
  • Process all customer issues within agreed OLA’s/SLA’s, focusing on attention to detail.
  • Achieve key performance indicators and targets to ensure maximum productivity.
  • Undertake training programs regarding all processes and procedures for compliance.
  • Maintain a high level of security awareness.
  • Undertake other duties to maintain overall departmental effectiveness.
  • Project a pro-active and positive attitude when communicating with customers.
  • Maintain a friendly, professional service always.

  • Demonstrable experience in a similar role or a highly motivated individual who can be upskilled.
  • Effective communicator to support team members and wider business teams.

Location: Birmingham (SCC operate hybrid working, which comprises of a mix of office and home working)

Contract Type: Temporary

Salary Package: National Minimum Wage

Hours: 9.00 am – 5.30 pm Monday – Friday

Role Purpose

The purpose of the Customer Support Administrator role is to ensure all Recyclea collections and quotes are performed efficiently and effectively. This role is essential for maintaining a high-quality service delivery to our customers. This includes enquiries, customer/supplier queries, and ensuring all customer reporting and issues are completed to a high standard.

  • Ensure all customer reporting and queries are processed within agreed timescales.
  • To process all customer issues within agreed OLA’s/SLA’s, with focus on attention to detail while ensuring customer requirements and expectations are met.
  • Achieve key performance indicators and targets, thereby ensuring the maximum produc-tivity of the facility, whilst maintaining efficiency and quality.
  • To undertake any training programs regarding all processes and procedures, thereby en-suring total compliance to all relevant company policies such as (but not limited to) Health and Safety, Safe Systems of Work and the Traffic Management Plan.
  • Ensure a high level of security awareness is maintained.
  • To undertake any other duties commensurate with the position (including specific project activity and covering for absence from the overall Recyclea team) to maintain overall de-partmental effectiveness.
  • To project a pro-active and positive attitude when communicating with external/internal customers.
  • To maintain a friendly, professional service always.

Skills And Experience

  • Demonstrable experience in a similar role alternatively a highly motivated and adapt-able individual who can be suitably upskilled
  • Effective communicator to support team members and wider business teams.
  • Proficient in Microsoft office
  • Possess the demonstratable ability to support financial processes to include invoic-ing, billing and query resolution.
  • Possess the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks in an accurate and timely manner, often against deadlines.
  • Must be able to obtain the required Security Clearance
