Key Responsibilities:

  • Acting as a key interface between customers and internal supply chain teams to enable effective data sharing and collaboration
  • Proactively partnering with Supply Chain, Sales, Logistics, Operations, and Customer Service teams to ensure a seamless flow of product to the end consumer
  • Leading and delivering customer service–focused projects in collaboration with internal stakeholders and third-party partners
  • Owning month-end projections for volume and revenue, including clear commentary where targets are not achieved
  • Monitoring and delivering against customer KPIs, including service levels, on-shelf availability, and waste reduction, leveraging strong customer relationships

Key Skills:

  • Background or strong interest in FMCG or complex, fast-paced manufacturing environments
  • Moderate to advanced Excel capability (formulas, pivots, and charts are essential)
  • Interest in business analytics, economics, and project-based work
  • Proven ability to build and manage strong working relationships across multiple stakeholders
  • Technically confident, with the ability to quickly adapt to new systems and tools
  • Comfortable collating, analysing, and presenting data to both technical and non-technical audiences

12 month FTC We’re partnering with a well-established, large-scale manufacturing organisation with a strong market presence and heritage. This is a highly visible role, working closely with major customers to optimise service levels, forecasting accuracy, and overall supply chain performance. In this role, you’ll be responsible for optimising service and forecast performance for designated customers by working closely with customer Head Offices and building strong, trusted relationships.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Acting as a key interface between customers and internal supply chain teams to enable effective data sharing and collaboration
  • Proactively partnering with Supply Chain, Sales, Logistics, Operations, and Customer Service teams to ensure a seamless flow of product to the end consumer
