Summary: The Customer Services & Supply Chain Coordinator role at Seqens Custom Specialties involves supporting the efficient operation of the Supply Chain function over a 12-month temporary contract. Key Responsibilities:

• Receiving and processing sales orders and liaising with customers for order acknowledgment and delivery.
• Checking price lists against customer orders and preparing necessary documentation.
• Obtaining economical freight rates and coordinating with hauliers for on-time deliveries.
• Preparing export documentation and liaising with customs brokers for import/export processes.
• Updating the Movement Database and coordinating raw material deliveries with operations personnel.
• Inputting purchase orders and managing stock levels to meet customer requirements.
• Preparing month-end reports and supporting the accounts department with various tasks.
• Logging customer complaints and maintaining communication with outside storage companies.

Key Skills:

• Customer service/supply chain experience in a chemical manufacturing environment.
• Previous logistical experience, particularly in import/export logistics.
• Experience with deep sea, short sea, and EU logistics.
• Excellent organizational and planning skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to work to deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent IT skills.
• Eligibility to work in the UK.
