Think Selection is delighted to be recruiting a Customer Service Helpdesk Support on a 12-month fixed term contract for a leading provider of eCommerce solutions to publishing companies. This is a great opportunity to join a well-established company whose technology underpins the online platforms of publishing companies. You’ll be part of a collaborative team that works directly with publisher clients to resolve queries and deliver solutions. In this role you’ll respond to customer enquiries, prioritise support and maintenance tickets, and update platforms including Shopify and WordPress. You’ll also onboard clients on the company’s products and services, helping customers use the systems effectively. We’re looking for someone ready for an immediate start, with experience in customer support, with strong organisational and communication skills. You’ll be confident managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment, with good working knowledge of Google Spreadsheets or Excel. Familiarity with WordPress, Shopify or basic HTML would be an advantage. The role is based in central London on a hybrid pattern of three days in the office and two from home. This is a one-year contract for an immmediate start, with the potential to become permanent.
