Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a highly visible point of contact for station users, delivering customer service to all, including visitors, contractors, retailers, and customers.
- Undertake regular station checks for contractor compliance, security, safety, and equipment, completing relevant paperwork for audits.
- Respond to and record emergencies and incidents involving the public and industry partners.
- Serve as a point of contact for reporting faults within the station, maintaining records and closing actions as needed.
- Assist and provide information to customers traveling throughout the station.
- Check contractors have relevant risk assessments and method statements before issuing Permit to Work.
Key Skills:
- Command of the English language, both written and oral.
- Experience in a customer-facing environment.
