Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a highly visible point of contact for station users, delivering customer service to all stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular station checks for compliance, security, safety, and equipment, completing necessary paperwork.
  • Respond to and document emergencies and incidents involving the public and industry partners.
  • Serve as a contact point for reporting faults within the station, maintaining records and closing actions as needed.
  • Assist and provide information to customers traveling throughout the station.
  • Check contractors' risk assessments and method statements before issuing Permits to Work.
  • Implement plans to prevent and manage criminal activity on the station in collaboration with authorities.
  • Proactively address hazards or unsafe conditions, ensuring proper reporting.
  • Fulfill duties as outlined in Emergency Plans.
