Key Responsibilities:
- Provide efficient and exceptional customer service experience.
- Process and confirm customer orders, queries, and complaints.
- Collaborate with internal departments to drive the order book sales.
- Support nominated customers with internal sales service.
Key Skills:
- Minimum 6 months' experience in an administrative role.
- PC literate.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Minimum of a C grade in at least 5 GCSEs, including English Language and Maths.
- Experience in administration and dealing with business customers/sales/clients.
- Previous experience in a food or food packaging environment.
- Experience with SAP.
- Export sales/customer services experience.
- Internal sales experience.
