Position: Customer Service Representative II
Location: partially remote-on-site day 1 to pick up/set up equipment and 4x a month moving forward

Pay Rate Range: $18/hr. (Apex Systems offers weekly pay)
Project Description: As a Customer Service Specialist II you will help ensure today is safe and tomorrow is smarter. Our work depends on Customer Service Specialist II joining our team to provide support via the telephone and/or Internet to resolve routine issues and respond to customer inquiries. You will be answering inbound phone calls from Medicaid Providers for billing or enrollment. These calls are not scripted; there is knowledge to be learned to understand and help the providers with their Medicaid claims.
Day to Day Responsibilities/typical day look like:
- Takes and processes transactions by telephone, internet and correspondence from customers and representatives
- Enters and maintains database records of customer profiles and prepares and maintains status reports
- Acts as liaison for customers
