Working hours: 09:00 – 17:00

Location: Hybrid – 3 days per week in Milton Keynes office, 2 days remote

Initial training will be on-site in Milton Keynes

Experience: Previous call Centre/customer service experience preferred

Customer-facing retail/hospitality experience also considered

Skills: Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
