Summary: The role of Customer Service Agent is a full-time, on-site position based in Derby, offered as a 12-month fixed-term contract. The successful candidate will work with a global leader in the food service industry, focusing on account management and customer service. Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update the HubSpot CRM system accurately.
- Identify upselling opportunities to maximize sales.
- Utilize Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook, for role execution.
- Balance customer needs with business objectives for informed decision-making.
- Adapt proactively to technological and other changes.
- Demonstrate self-motivation and a strong drive for success.
- Learn and develop the usage of Greentree.
Key Skills:
