Summary: The role of Customer Service Agent is a full-time, on-site position based in Derby, offered as a 12-month fixed-term contract. The successful candidate will work with a global leader in the food service industry, focusing on account management and customer service. The position requires a start date between late April and early May.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update the HubSpot CRM system accurately.
  • Identify upselling opportunities to maximize sales.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook, for role execution.
  • Balance customer needs with business objectives for informed decision-making.
  • Adapt proactively to technological and other changes.
  • Demonstrate self-motivation and a strong drive for success.
  • Learn and develop the usage of Greentree.

Key Skills:

  • Experience with HubSpot CRM.
  • Sales maximization and upselling skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
