We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Administrator to join our clients team on a 6 month FTC. This role is crucial in supporting our clients finance and customer service departments, with a primary focus on administrative tasks related to order processing, customer inquiries, and record-keeping. The ideal candidate will possess strong time management skills, basic proficiency in math and English, and a proactive approach to their work. Key Responsibilities:Accurately process purchase orders (POs) from distributors and ensure all relevant documentation is complete.Maintain and update records related to orders, customer communications, and legal documents (import/export).Coordinate with the finance department to ensure timely and accurate invoicing.Assist customers with order tracking, PO numbers, and other service-related issues.Support the finance team with accounts receivable tasks, including invoicing and payment tracking.Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy.Maintain and organize electronic and physical records, ensuring compliance with company policies.Regularly update internal databases with customer and order information.Maintain clear and professional communication with internal teams, distributors, and customers.Qualifications:Strong organizational and time management skills.Basic proficiency in math and English.Experience in customer service and/or accounts receivable (AR) is preferred.Proficient in data entry and maintaining accurate records.Proactive, accountable, and able to work independently.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.If you are a detail-oriented individual with a passion for customer service and administrative excellence, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
