Summary: The role of Customer Sales Advisor involves working at the reception of a leading self-storage company, promoting sales while providing excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities:
- Promote rentals of storage units and other options available
- Work to targets to increase revenue within the store
- Respond to phone and email enquiries (no cold calling)
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Ensure all Health and Safety procedures are adhered to
- Help keep the store secure, clean and tidy
- Follow company procedures
Key Skills:
- Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in retail or sales
- Sales experience
- Knowledge of self-storage is advantageous
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work towards targets
- Team player with a friendly demeanor
