Summary: The Customer Relations Officer role in Hounslow involves managing GDPR Subject Access Requests for Social Care and Special Education Needs services. Key Responsibilities:
- Handle GDPR Subject Access Requests within statutory timeframes.
- Provide clarity, advice, and support for internal and external enquiries.
- Assist in the design and delivery of training related to Subject Access Requests.
- Support logging, progress chasing, and coordinating information related to complaints and requests.
- Respond to complex requests and draft detailed responses.
Key Skills:
- General awareness of General Data Protection Regulations and Data Protection Act 2018.
- Understanding of record retention processes for Social Services and Special Educational Needs.
- Knowledge of best practices in handling complaints and customer feedback.
- Experience with Freedom of Information and Environmental Information Requests.
