Summary: The role of Customer Digital Services Advisor involves engaging with customers in a bank branch to promote online banking and digital services. The advisor will act as an expert in mobile banking apps, assisting customers in utilizing digital channels effectively. The contract is for 6 months, with full-time hours in the Glasgow area.

Key Responsibilities:
