Summary: The role of a Customer Digital Services Advisor involves engaging with customers in a bank branch to promote online banking and digital services. The advisor will act as an expert in mobile banking apps and assist customers in utilizing online facilities. This position requires strong customer service skills and offers full training, making it suitable for candidates with or without prior banking experience. The contract is for 6 months, requiring full-time commitment in the branch.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers in the bank branch to promote online banking and digital services.
- Act as an expert in mobile banking apps and assist customers in using online facilities.
- Encourage customers to utilize the bank's digital channels.
- Provide high-level customer service and support.
- Travel to up to 2 separate branches as required.
- Participate in training and coaching sessions.
Key Skills:
- Proven solid customer service skills.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role is ideal.
- Coaching or training experience is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Flexibility to travel up to 1 hour from home.
