What You'll Be Doing:
As a Specialist member of the customer experience team, you will provide expert guidance to clients navigating changes to their financial products and payment services.
Leveraging your training experience, you will break down complex processes into clear, accessible explanations, ensuring customers fully understand.
Through professional engagement across phone, chat, and email, you will deliver a high-quality service experience that reassures, supports, and empowers customers throughout every interaction.
Where You'll Work:
You'll join the client's newly refurbished, campus-style headquarters in Knutsford-designed to foster collaboration and high performance. Following an initial 3 week in office training period, you'll then transition to 1 office day a month. Please note the client site is only accessible by car.
Key Details:
Start Date: 29th June 2026
Day Rate: £192 (This is only available to individuals working via Husp Umbrella company, we can assist you with this)
Location: Knutsford, Cheshire (Training full time in office then moving to working from home, with 1 day a month in office)
Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, shifts between 8am-7pm
Contract: Initial contract till end of December 2026 with potential for future opportunities

- Experience working in a training or coaching role within financial services
- Proven ability to translate complex processes or regulatory information into clear, understandable explanations for customers
- Confidence handling more senior, escalated, or sensitive customer interactions with professionalism
- Strong communication skills across multiple channels, including phone, live chat, and email, with the ability to adapt tone and approach to each customer
- Background in commercial banking is a plus
- Detail-oriented and tech-savvy (MS Office, internal systems)
