Key Responsibilities:
- Address requests for information under the Freedom of Information Act and Environmental Information Regulations.
- Provide customer service to a diverse range of external customers from public, commercial, and political sectors.
- Participate in incident response duties and provide business continuity support during incidents.
- Coordinate and manage workloads effectively to balance reactive tasks.
- Engage in training and development opportunities to enhance knowledge of environmental matters.
- Work collaboratively within the Customer and Engagement team to handle public and political engagement.
Key Skills:
- Excellent communication skills in writing, over the phone, and in person.
