Summary: The Customer Data Platform (CDP) Manager will lead the development and optimization of the CDP for a global luxury retailer. This role involves collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure data quality, compliance, and integration, ultimately enhancing customer experiences. The successful candidate will provide strategic insights to drive revenue performance. The position is based in London with a hybrid working arrangement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the development, management, and optimization of the Customer Data Platform (CDP)
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, technology teams, and vendors to ensure seamless data integration and optimization
  • Ensure compliance with privacy regulations, data quality, security, and governance across customer data
  • Provide insights and strategic recommendations to drive revenue performance and customer experience improvements

Key Skills:
