The Role
A client in the fashion retail industry is seeking a Customer Data Manager to join the team for a 12 month fixed-term contract.
You will lead the final stages of a Customer Data Platform implementation, ensuring the platform is fully tested, validated and ready for go-live.
You will work across business, technology and vendor teams to drive delivery, reporting into senior programme leadership, with the objective of enabling a successful customer data transformation.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UAT strategy and execution for the Customer Data Platform
- Manage data validation, migration and go-live readiness activities
- Coordinate with technology teams and vendors to resolve issues and ensure delivery
- Establish governance frameworks and support post-launch optimisation
Requirements
- Proven experience delivering Customer Data Platform or enterprise data platform implementations
- Strong background in UAT, data validation and go-live delivery
- Experience working across business and technical stakeholders in complex programmes
- Knowledge of data governance, data quality and customer data use cases
