Summary: The Customer Applications Specialist role is a 12-month contract position based in Dublin, Ireland, focused on managing renewable generator connection applications. The specialist will ensure a smooth process for customers and stakeholders while supporting system development and improvement. This position is integral to driving Ireland's transition to renewable energy. The role requires strong communication and IT skills, along with the ability to handle high volumes of work efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and track high volumes of renewable generator applications from initial submission to final connection.
- Engage with customers and key stakeholders, managing queries and ensuring resolution.
- Support the ongoing development and improvement of systems and long-term processes.
- Ensure website content related to generator connections is accurate and up to date.
- Collaborate on cross-business projects to enhance generator connection policies and regulations.
Key Skills:
- Experience dealing professionally with customers and stakeholders.
- Strong IT proficiency, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, SharePoint).
