Summary: The Customer Account Project Administrator will play a crucial role in supporting a customer account migration project by providing administrative assistance and ensuring effective communication among stakeholders. This position requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage account card holder data and facilitate the migration process. The role is a fixed-term contract until September 2025, based in London. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the project lead and cross-functional teams to ensure timely project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to account card holders, preparing analysis on account card holder balances.
- Track account card holder credit limits and execute the switch of account card types.
- Perform credit checks when necessary and maintain customer account card holders’ related contact details and documentation.
- Process new applications and set up Direct Debit for account card holders as needed.
- Assist in coordinating internal and external communication regarding the migration process.
- Liaise with stakeholders to gather and manage data for the migration.
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying any risks or issues.
- Support quality assurance checks to ensure data accuracy post-migration.
- Assist with resource planning and management.
- Perform other administrative duties as required to support the successful completion of the project.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience as Accounts or Project Administrator, Coordinator, or similar role.
- Understanding of customer balances on account and excellent communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under tight deadlines.
- Experience in migration or small to medium-scale operational projects is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Desirable: Experience in accounting, IT, or customer account management.
- D365 or similar ERP experience.
- Familiarity with data migration processes and related technologies.
- Understanding of change management principles.
