Curriculum & Quality Manager - Greater London Local Authority

Spencer Clarke Group are seeking an experienced Curriculum & Quality Manager to join our Local Authority client in Greater London within the Adults learning service. This is a great strategic leadership opportunity for a professional who is passionate about providing positive outcomes for students in education.

Essential Requirements:

  • Significant experience working within adult or further education
  • Proven experience in Quality and Curriculum
  • Knowledge of Ofsted inspection requirements in line with audit compliance

Duties include:

  • Developing an inclusive curriculum aligning with employer needs and funding requirement
  • Work collaboratively with staff, stakeholders and community partners to provide continuous improvement within the organisation
  • Create a strong safeguarding culture and ensure compliance with Ofsted requirements
