Summary: The CSV Engineer role is based in Northern Ireland and involves joining a global pharmaceutical client to support a project focused on implementing a phased strategy for various process control systems. The position requires collaboration with automation and CQV teams, as well as extensive experience in CSV engineering and project lifecycle management. The engineer will work on vendor systems and ensure compliance with GXP standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategy for phased implementation with DCS interfaces to utilities, reactors, Pressure Filter Dryer, Centrifuge, and Conical Dryer.
- Conduct CSV on vendor systems.
- Collaborate closely with Automation and CQV teams.
- Utilize GAMP V-Model project experience for efficient and compliant delivery of GXP Process Control Systems.
Key Skills:
- Degree (or Equivalent) in Analytical Chemistry, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Engineering or related field, or significant relevant experience in lieu of degree.
- Extensive experience in CSV Engineering.
- Experience with Emerson Delta V and associated documentation.
- Process Control experience.
- Experience with the full life cycle of a project.
- Experience with FDS and DDS preferred.

CSV Engineer - Northern Ireland - 6 Months Initial Contract
Situated in Northern Ireland, near Belfast, our Global Pharmaceutical client is looking for an experienced CSV Engineer to join an active Project in their state-of-the-art facility. The business has been operating Globally for over 50 years and has made significant investment in recent years to ensure they remain at the forefront of drug development to this day, utilising industry leading technology to achieve this goal.
Responsibilities
- They need to help develop and implement strategy for a phased implementation with DCS interfaces to utilities, reactors, Pressure Filter Dryer, Centrifuge and Conical Dryer
- Also need to do the CSV on the vendor systems
- Needs to work closely with Automation and CQV teams.
- General GAMP V-Model project experience in efficient and compliant delivery of GXP Process Control Systems.
Requirements:
- Degree (or Equivalent) in Analytical Chemistry, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Engineering or related field – or Significant relevant experience may be considered in Lieu of Degree level qual.
- Requires extensive experience in CSV Engineering
- Experience with Emerson Delta V (including where everything is in their Suite of Documents)
- Process Control experience
- Experience with the full life cycle of a Project
- Experience with FDS and DDS preferred
