Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct IQ of servers and charm panels.
- Create comprehensive URS for the system and manage RTM processes.
- Perform CSV on vendor systems.
- Collaborate closely with Automation and CQV teams.
- Deliver GXP Process Control Systems efficiently and compliantly using GAMP V-Model.

CSV Engineer (Delta V / Process Control) - Northern Ireland - 6 Months Initial Contract
Situated in Northern Ireland, in close Proximity to Belfast, our Global Pharmaceutical client is looking for an experienced CSV Engineer to join an active Project in their state-of-the-art facility. The business has been operating Globally for over 50 years and has made significant investment in recent years to ensure they remain at the forefront of drug development to this day, utilising industry leading technology to achieve this goal.
Responsibilities
- IQ of servers, charm panels, 2 comprehensive URS for the system, needs to go through an RTM
- Also need to do the CSV on the vendor systems
- Ideal candidate to have previous Delta-V CSV implementation experience up to recipe-driven Batch manufacturing.
- Other types of DCS CSV project experience may be considered.
- Working closely with Automation and CQV teams
- General GAMP V-Model project experience in efficient and compliant delivery of GXP Process Control Systems.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proficiency in creating and executing validation protocols and documenting validation activities.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and change control processes.
- The ability to help develop and implement strategy for a phased implementation with DCS interfaces to utilities, reactors, Pressure Filter Dryer, Centrifuge and Conical Dryer
- Previous API plant experience is beneficial.
