Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the technical design, development, and implementation of Power Platform, Kwiz Forms, and SharePoint solutions for a Continuous Service Improvement (CSI) Idea Register.
  • Drive workstream activities, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with CSI objectives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional designs for the CSI Idea Register.
  • Conduct initial research, viability assessment, and Return on Investment analysis of service improvement opportunities.
  • Deliver end-to-end transformation against core Value Streams (e.g., Opportunity to Engage, Hire to Retire, Source to Pay).
  • Work with project delivery teams on the delivery of initiatives and projects to time, quality, and expected benefits.
  • Ensure implementation and outcomes from continuous improvement initiatives align with strategic objectives, stakeholder expectations, and business outcomes.
  • Support the delivery of a culture of Continuous Improvement within CBS and Enabling Functions.
  • Deliver change in alignment with the CSI methodology (Six Sigma/Lean).

Key Skills:

  • Experience in developing and deploying solutions using Power Platform and SharePoint.
  • Experience in Continuous Service Improvement (CSI) and improving customer experience.
  • Experience working in a shared service environment or large matrix organisation.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Kwiz Forms).
  • Understanding of SharePoint security, permissions, and compliance.
  • Experience building workflows and automation using Power Automate, PowerApps, and Custom SharePoint components.
  • Ability to customise the SharePoint User Experience through modern UI/UX Design (C#, .NET, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML).
  • Experience with integrating Power BI, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft 365.
  • Experience leading project workstreams within a Continuous Service Improvement context.
  • Lean Sigma Master Black Belt preferred.
  • Knowledgeable of continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., design thinking, systems thinking, process redesign).
  • Experience of end-to-end global process ownership, technology, and automation.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, able to influence and drive impactful change.

About the role:

We are seeking an experienced Developer to join our Service Management and CSI team within Central Business Services at Deloitte. You will work across multiple internally facing service areas, delivering new service improvements and ensuring our services meet the business needs. Reporting to the Head of CSI, you will be experienced in delivering Shared Services / Global Business Services (GBS) or Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) service improvement.

Responsibilities but not limited to;

Essential Skills:

Experience with the following is required:

  • Must have experience in developing and deploying solutions using Power Platform and SharePoint (preferably with the build and enhancement of idea management or similar registers)
  • Experience working in Continuous Service Improvement (CSI) and improving customer experience
  • Must have experience working in a shared service environment or large matrix organisation across multi-functional teams within Corporate, Professional Services or Financial Services
  • Proficient in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Kwiz Forms)
  • Understand SharePoint security, permissions, and compliance.
  • Experience of building workflows and automation using Power Automate, PowerApps and Custom SharePoint components
  • Customise the SharePoint User Experience through modern UI/UX Design and Description ( C#,NET, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML )
  • Cloud Technology Integration : experience with integrating Power BI, SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365
  • Experience leading project workstreams , preferably within a Continuous Service Improvement context
  • Lean Sigma Master Black Belt preferred
  • Knowledgeable of continuous improvement methodologies (e.g. design thinking, systems thinking, process redesign, structured problem solving etc)
