CRM Specialist - Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Next) – 12+ month contract. January start. Hybrid. 2/3 days a week with the wider 50 person marketing team and creative digital studio in the Leeds office.

This is a corporation with a with a US turnover of 22 billion and a European turnover of 9 billion. However, this is no legacy business, nor corporate culture environment. The marketing team is more marketing agency culture, but client-side – best of both worlds. This European wide, 2500 person company is enterprise, modern business environment, with product areas in next generation SaaS digital platforms to green tech, and much more. 14 business brand areas in the company operating throughout Europe. Strong ethics in the future of industry. If you’re looking for the client-side move but a marketing agency culture, this Digital Marketing Manager role is the advantages and brilliance of both.

Salesforce Marketing Cloud Next role: You may not have had the opportunity to work with the ‘Next’ as yet, they are pioneering with this, possibly even the first enterprise level company to implement. However, you will need to be experienced with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and taking Marketing Leads through change and setting them up and implementing to their requirements. Working with the Head of CRM and Marketing Leads across different business brands in the business, you be rolling out across lots of areas of the business from the Marketing and CRM perspective. They already work with Salesforce and the latest up-grade work is already underway in other business function areas.

The role covers the implementation, the business change / learning with the Marketing Leads, the hands-on tech set up for each brand business area and working with the Marketing Head to deliver. There are “Day1” requirements, once that’s achieved there are “Day 2” requirements etc all mapped out. The plans with this role go well into 2027. Looking for doer and implementor with technical ability – not just a Salesforce strategy consultant.
