Summary: The CRM Project Manager (MS Dynamics) role is a hybrid position based in Edinburgh, requiring 1-2 days per week in the office. • Leading & managing the CRM project team
• Ensuring successful implementation & delivery of the CRM Project
• Relationship management with a key CRM supplier
• Managing & guiding resources to enable project delivery

Key Skills:

• Strong & proven Project Management skills & experience with detailed & in-depth knowledge implementing & delivering key systems (CRM's & ideally MS Dynamics)
• Previous experience in Testing, Data Cleansing & Migration will be highly advantageous
• Excellent supplier management skills
• Excellent people, communication & inter-personal skills
• First-class Stakeholder Management skills
