Summary: The CRM Project Manager role is a 6-month contract position focused on leading a major CRM transformation programme for a leading engineering organization. The successful candidate will oversee the implementation of a new CRM platform, ensuring effective collaboration with stakeholders and technical teams. This position requires strong project management skills and experience in CRM systems to drive improvements and optimizations. Occasional travel to the office near Glasgow is expected.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the end-to-end delivery of CRM implementation and upgrade projects.
  • Lead planning, governance, and stakeholder communication across technical and business teams.
  • Work closely with developers, architects, and product owners to refine requirements and deliver customisation, workflow automation, and integrations.
  • Manage project documentation, milestones, risks, and timelines.
  • Ensure successful adoption through user engagement, UAT support, and post-deployment optimisation.
  • Drive continuous improvement of CRM processes and functionality.

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience delivering CRM implementation in complex organisations.
  • Strong background with Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Oracle/Siebel, or SAP CRM.
  • Demonstrated experience in CRM configuration, enhancements, integrations, and workflow automation.
  • Excellent project management skills - planning, governance, stakeholder management, and delivery.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

CRM Project Manager 6-Month Contract | Outside IR35 £400-£430 per day Occasional travel to office near Glasgow Our client, a leading engineering organisation, is embarking on a major CRM transformation programme and is seeking an experienced CRM Project Manager to support the implementation of a new CRM platform. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in driving system improvements, process automation, and technical enhancements across a complex business environment. Working through our specialist recruitment consultancy, you will lead the delivery of CRM-related workstreams, collaborating with internal stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners to ensure the solution is configured, customised, and deployed effectively.
