Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation of the CRM
- Ensure projects remain aligned to strategic priorities and deliver on their expected outcomes.
- Oversee project scope, planning, budgeting, risk, issue, and resource management.
- Apply appropriate project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) to drive effective delivery.
- Work closely with teams to ensure effective change management and user adoption.
- Provide project governance, reporting, and continuous improvement recommendations.
- Manage supplier relationships and procurement processes where required.
