Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver an end-to-end CRM implementation, from discovery through to delivery
  • Lead and support the RFP/RFI and supplier selection process
  • Manage detailed delivery activity including plans, RAID, dependencies, and reporting
  • Coordinate business, technical teams, and third-party vendors
  • Oversee delivery of a front-end web portal integrated with the CRM
  • Ensure solutions are designed with future phases in mind, including telephony capability

  • Strong experience with vendor selection and procurement processes
  • Background working with web-based platforms or portals

We are looking for an experienced, hands-on CRM Project Manager to support a major CRM implementation, reporting into a Programme Manager.

The role requires someone comfortable operating in fast-paced, decentralised environments, ideally with experience in PE-backed or high-growth organisations, where structure is evolving and delivery pace matters.
