Summary: The CRM Project Manager role is a 6-month contract position based in Central London, requiring an experienced professional to lead a major CRM implementation. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver an end-to-end CRM implementation, from discovery through to delivery
- Lead and support the RFP/RFI and supplier selection process
- Manage detailed delivery activity including plans, RAID, dependencies, and reporting
- Coordinate business, technical teams, and third-party vendors
- Oversee delivery of a front-end web portal integrated with the CRM
- Ensure solutions are designed with future phases in mind, including telephony capability
Key Skills:
- Proven experience delivering full lifecycle CRM projects
- Strong experience with vendor selection and procurement processes
- Background working with web-based platforms or portals
- Comfortable rolling up sleeves and working hands-on in delivery detail
- Experience working in PE-backed, decentralised, or multi-entity organisations (desirable)
