Summary: The CRM Product Owner/Lead will be responsible for driving the strategic roadmap of the CRM platform for a London-based Third Sector client. This role involves balancing business needs with technical feasibility, leading CRM enhancements, and ensuring compliance with best practices. The position is a 12-month fixed-term contract with the potential for a permanent role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the strategic roadmap for the CRM platform in alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Own and refine the product backlog, balancing needs with technical feasibility.
  • Lead the delivery of CRM enhancements, integrations, and functionality.
  • Implement configuration changes and minor updates as agreed.
  • Gather and analyze user feedback to drive continuous improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations, security best practices, and sector standards.

Key Skills:

  • Experience as a Product Owner/Product Lead/Functional Consultant, particularly with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Knowledge of CRM improvements and best practices.
  • Understanding of CRM best practices, UX design, and data management.
  • Experience with CRM integration, data migration, APIs, and system configuration.
  • Strong stakeholder management and engagement skills.
  • Experience in agile environments.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with strategic thinking.
  • Experience working with external partners, vendors, and development teams.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Understanding of Not-for-Profit operations.
