Summary: The Campaign Executive role in the automotive industry focuses on enhancing customer experiences through targeted marketing communications. The position involves developing and executing integrated campaigns while leveraging data to personalize customer interactions. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer journey, ultimately impacting brand loyalty and sales. Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and optimise customer segments in SAP SV CRM to enhance targeted communications.
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns, driving customer loyalty, acquisition, and retention.
  • Leverage data to personalise 1:1 communications and support vehicle and service sales.
  • Collaborate with UK and Global teams to deliver seamless, customer-centric journeys.
  • Use analytics and A/B testing to refine strategies and improve campaign KPIs.

Key Skills:

  • CRM experience, ideally in luxury or eCommerce sectors.
  • Knowledge of database technologies, segmentation methods, and marketing automation tools.
  • Understanding of digital channels and customer journey mapping.
  • Experience working in Agile environments with tools like Jira and Confluence.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Desirable: Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience, advanced Excel/Tableau skills, and a data-driven mindset.
