Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the management and development of Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • Provide front line support for user queries
  • Conduct end user training, coaching, and workshops for existing users and new starters
  • Schedule, plan, and lead on requirements gathering for CRM innovations, new technologies, and customisations
  • Manage system upgrades and customisations, including system testing and preparing guidance notes
  • Liaise with D365 development teams both internal and external throughout projects and changes
  • Support marketing and event managers who use Microsoft Customer Insights – Journeys
  • Manage end user licences for new starters and leavers
  • Ensure the right data is being captured to support the firm’s business development and growth strategy
  • Maintain working knowledge of GDPR legislation and its application in data management, marketing campaigns, and process management
  • Utilise data management tools for searching and duplicate management

Purpose of the role

Working closely with the Head of CRM and our CRM users across 8 business divisions, you will ensure Overbury and Morgan Lovells’ CRM system is used effectively to support the generation of new business. Alongside training and coaching of end users, you will help to drive and support user adoption and the continued development of the CRM system in line with business needs. Your client-facing skills will play a major part of this role, as communication with users within the business is key to understanding business requirements and turning them into solutions with the assistance of our internal IT development team and third-party consultants.
