Key Skills:

  • Strong experience within an email marketing role, preferably within the TV/media sector.
  • Extensive experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar CRM platforms (e.g. Braze).
  • Experience with Adobe Photoshop.
  • Data & analytics literate.
  • Strong knowledge of Data Protection regulations across EMEA region and best practice.

PROPOSED SALARY RANGE: £48,700 - £52,000 + London Weighting (£5,319) depending on relevant skills, knowledge and experience. The expected salary range for this role reflects internal benchmarking and external market insights. We're happy to discuss flexible working. PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

The CRM Manager (EMEA) is responsible for being the lead on our B2C & B2B CRM strategy and managing CRM campaigns for our core channels and services across EMEA markets. Your Key Responsibilities And Impact

  • CRM Campaign Management: Lead and support the delivery of targeted CRM campaigns across B2B and B2C, ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance with BBC guidelines whilst overseeing campaign quality, issue management, and stakeholder engagement to maximise impact.
  • Strategic Planning and Execution: Execute the CRM strategy across EMEA markets, identifying trends and opportunities through data analysis. Drive strategic projects and embed CRM thinking across marketing functions.
  • Data Analysis & Customer Insights: Develop and refine segmentation models and campaign reporting using tools like Tableau and optimise customer data management and performance tracking to enhance commercial value.
  • Leadership and Collaboration: Collaborate with internal stakeholders and CRM managers to ensure cohesive delivery and continuous improvement and inspire and guide the CRM team, fostering innovation and best practices.
  • Technology and Training: Advise on CRM platforms including Salesforce Marketing Cloud and related tools and ensuring effective system usage through training and support, while developing cost-efficient solutions.

Essential

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Strong experience within an email marketing role, preferably within the TV/media sector.
  • Extensive experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar CRM platforms (e.g. Braze).
  • Experience with Adobe Photoshop.
  • Data & analytics literate.
  • Strong knowledge of Data Protection regulations across EMEA region and best practice.

  • Experience of delivering multi-channel marketing automations and user journeys.
