This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with the CRM and Buying teams, supporting various loyalty initiatives and promotions while gaining valuable experience in a dynamic, high-end fashion environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Loyalty & Rewards: Manage and execute the customer rewards program, ensuring smooth operations and positive customer engagement.
  • Personal Shopping Support: Assist the personal shopping team with loyalty-related tasks and events for exclusive client offerings.
  • Offline Gifting & Events: Organise and run events for offline gifting to enhance customer relationships.
  • Collaboration with CRM Team: Work in parallel with the CRM team but as a separate entity, coordinating with them on promotions and reporting.
  • Promotions & Reporting: Focus heavily on promotions and rewards, including post-campaign analytics and reporting. Experience with these tasks is highly valued.
