CRM & Digital Marketing Manager - 50-55k, plus benefits. 6 month contract (initially, expect to go perm). Hybrid. 2 days a week with the wider marketing team and creative digital studio in the Leeds office. This is a corporation with a with a US turnover of 22 billion and a European turnover of 9 billion. However, this is no legacy business, nor corporate culture environment. The marketing team is more marketing agency culture, but client-side – best of both worlds. This European wide company is enterprise, modern business environment, with product areas in next generation SaaS digital platforms to green tech, and much more. 14 business brand areas in the company operating throughout Europe. The CRM & Digital Marketing Manager role works in a team on one of the companies core brands - and is part of a wider 50 person marketing team covering other business areas. CRM & Digital Marketing Manager role: This role is CRM focused, strategically covering the operations side of the customer experience – with acquisition and retention. The role has impact with on-boarding B2B businesses and how much the spend. Works a lot with dashboards and content creation – working with the copy / comms team. You'll need to be hands-on with managing and optimising the CRM systems (salesforce) and with the support of a Marketing Exec. There is senior direction for the person, but they are really looking for someone capable of owning the role – developing the relationships with UK stakeholders to effect vendors experience of the on-boarding and retention processes. With this, the role will also be involved in large-scale strategic special projects.
