Summary: The CRM Designer/Developer role requires a seasoned professional with a minimum of 10 years of experience in MS Dynamics Online/365 solutions and at least 7 years in technical design. The candidate will lead design and development efforts, collaborating on requirements to achieve optimal project outcomes, while also possessing strong coding skills in various programming languages and tools. Experience in the insurance domain is highly desirable, along with a solid understanding of systems integration and DevOps practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead design and development of MS Dynamics 365 CRM (CE) and Power Platform solutions.
  • Collaborate on requirements and challenge them to ensure the best project outcomes.
  • Develop and customize solutions using C#, JavaScript, Typescript, React.js, and Fluent UI.
  • Extend Dynamics CRM Online/365 with plugins, complex workflows, and custom controls.
  • Manage systems and data integration across business systems and utility tools.
  • Implement and test Web APIs and Microsoft Azure services.
  • Utilize SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) for data migration and fixes.
  • Conduct technical code reviews and ensure adherence to coding best practices.
  • Work within an Agile environment using DevOps (ADO) for development sprints.

Key Skills:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience with MS Dynamics Online/365 solutions.
  • At least 7 years of technical design experience.
  • Proficiency in C#, JavaScript, Typescript, React.js, and Fluent UI.
  • Experience with Power Platform development and advanced customization.
