Summary: The CRM & Data Administrator role at DC Advisory involves supporting the management and administration of the CRM system, DealCloud, within a collaborative team environment. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist CRM lead with the overall administration of the system
  • Provide support in maintaining dashboards/reports for key stakeholders
  • Monitor and support on all troubleshooting requests & queries
  • Ongoing system administration including but not limited to joiners/leavers, training and audits
  • Support on key implementation and roll out projects across new territories
  • Suggest and brainstorm initiatives to further help improve the system

Key Skills:

  • 1 year working experience in CRM or similar technical role
  • Experience working with DealCloud or other CRM systems would be a plus (training will be provided)
  • Strong MS Office skills specifically Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Detail-oriented, problem-solving and critical thinking individual
  • Enthusiastic and positive attitude
  • Able to manage multiple deadlines/outstanding project coordination skills
  • Desire to work in an integrated, supportive team
