Summary: The CRM & Data Administrator role at DC Advisory involves supporting the management and administration of the CRM system, DealCloud, within a collaborative team environment. The position focuses on day-to-day operations, troubleshooting, and implementing key initiatives to enhance system functionality. Candidates will benefit from extensive training and a supportive culture while contributing to cross-border collaboration. This is a 12-month contract position based in London.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist CRM lead with the overall administration of the system
- Provide support in maintaining dashboards/reports for key stakeholders
- Monitor and support on all troubleshooting requests & queries
- Ongoing system administration including but not limited to joiners/leavers, training and audits
- Support on key implementation and roll out projects across new territories
- Suggest and brainstorm initiatives to further help improve the system
Key Skills:
- 1 year working experience in CRM or similar technical role
- Experience working with DealCloud or other CRM systems would be a plus (training will be provided)
- Strong MS Office skills specifically Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Detail-oriented, problem-solving and critical thinking individual
- Enthusiastic and positive attitude
- Able to manage multiple deadlines/outstanding project coordination skills
- Desire to work in an integrated, supportive team
