Working as a CRM Change Manager, you will take ownership of the programme's change and engagement CRM strategy, ensuring it effectively drives and embeds change.

What you'll need to succeed


Ability to drive through a goal-oriented strategic approach in a complex organisational context
Strong understanding of change management
Influencing skills and are comfortable steering upstream decision-making with key decision-makers
Experience of utilising change and engagement disciplines in a coordinated campaign, e.g. insight, stakeholder engagement, media, digital, etc.
Knowledge of training needs analysis, change impact and readiness reviews
