  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst working with CRM platforms (Dynamics 365, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of CRM concepts such as lead/opportunity management, customer lifecycle workflows, case management, and automation.
  • Skilled in gathering and documenting requirements in Agile or hybrid environments.
  • Experience creating process flows, wireframes, and functional specs.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong data analysis and CRM reporting capabilities.
  • Experience working in the Insurance industry.
  • Hands-on CRM configuration experience (Dynamics 365 or Salesforce).
  • Knowledge of integration methods: APIs, middleware, data connectors.

About the Role
