Summary: The CRM Administrator role at Communicate involves managing and maintaining the Zoho One digital platform, focusing on user setup, security, and workflows. Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer, configure, and customize business applications to align with company needs
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and security settings
  • Perform data imports, exports, and migrations
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues
  • Develop and deliver user training and support (in person & online)
  • Create and maintain user guides, documentation, and learning resources
  • Build reports and dashboards to track key business metrics
  • Identify opportunities for system optimization and process improvements
  • Stay up to date with new features, integrations, and best practices

Key Skills:

  • Experience in business system administration, CRM administration, or IT system management
  • Strong understanding of configuring and customizing enterprise applications
  • Proficiency in data management (importing, exporting, cleaning)
  • Ability to generate and analyse reports and dashboards
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in training users & providing technical support
  • Self-motivated & proactive
  • Bonus: Knowledge of ZOHO One, APIs, integrations, and scripting for automation
