Key Responsibilities:
- Build a detailed understanding of diverse revenue streams and billing structures, tailoring credit risk processes accordingly.
- Partner with internal teams to align credit practices with wider business objectives.
- Assess and monitor creditworthiness across both new and established partners.
- Develop and maintain credit risk dashboards and exposure reporting.
- Identify emerging risks and recommend proactive mitigation strategies.
- Manage B2B and B2C accounts across multiple currencies, ensuring timely billing and cash collection.
- Lead aged debt reporting, reconciliations, and exposure analysis.
- Manage complex or high-value accounts with a solutions-focused approach.
- Drive automation and workflow improvements as part of finance transformation initiatives.
- Provide risk-aware input into contract and pricing discussions.
- Support improvements in billing and revenue processes for scalability and transparency.
- Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement within the Credit and Finance teams.
Key Skills:
- 2+ years’ experience in credit control, credit risk, or accounts receivable in a complex, multi-currency environment.
- Strong understanding of credit risk management principles and financial controls.
- Proven ability to manage credit exposure and collections across varied revenue models.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of accuracy.
- Strong Excel capability and confidence with data-led reporting.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to build trusted relationships.

The Role
This role plays a pivotal part in strengthening the organisation’s credit risk framework and ensuring effective debt management across multiple markets and revenue streams. Working closely with colleagues in Finance, Commercial, Product, and Data, the successful candidate will help to optimise working capital, protect revenue, and support sustainable growth.
As the Credit Risk Specialist, you will be involved in but not restricted to the following duties:
- Credit Risk & Strategy
- Build a detailed understanding of diverse revenue streams and billing structures, tailoring credit risk processes accordingly
- Partner with internal teams to align credit practices with wider business objectives
- Assess and monitor creditworthiness across both new and established partners
- Develop and maintain credit risk dashboards and exposure reporting

- Contribute to scalable and commercially aligned credit policies
- Debt Management & Operational Excellence
- Manage B2B and B2C accounts across multiple currencies, ensuring timely billing and cash collection
- Lead aged debt reporting, reconciliations, and exposure analysis
- Manage complex or high-value accounts with a solutions-focused approach
- Drive automation and workflow improvements as part of finance transformation initiatives
- Balance strong financial control with excellent customer experience
- Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
- Work cross-functionally to strengthen the end-to-end revenue-to-cash process
- Provide risk-aware input into contract and pricing discussions
- Support improvements in billing and revenue processes for scalability and transparency
- Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement within the Credit and Finance teams
To be considered for this opportunity, you must have the following:
- 2+ years’ experience in credit control, credit risk, or accounts receivable in a complex, multi-currency environment
