Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to support Deloitte for an engagement with a large-scale global Credit Risk transformation within a major Trading & Supply organisation. You will lead the delivery of a global Credit Risk process and business requirements workstream within a major Trading & Supply transformation programme. The programme is critical to enabling improved Credit Risk decision-making and supporting a multi-year digital transformation roadmap.

The Role

You will provide senior leadership across Credit Risk process design, underwriting frameworks, portfolio oversight, and technology enablement. You will act as the bridge between business, IT, and delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Credit Risk process redesign across multiple global trading entities
  • Provide expert oversight on: Credit underwriting Portfolio management Margining Limit frameworks Trade finance and collateral
  • Shape: Target Operating Model Business requirements UAT strategy
  • Provide strategic challenge on risk frameworks and early warning indicators
  • Partner with senior stakeholders across: Trading Treasury Legal Settlement Operations
  • Drive delivery governance and ensure quality outputs by end of Q1 2026

Required Skills & Experience

Must have strong Credit Risk experience within a trading book environment, in the commodity/energy space

Experience of owning Credit Risk frameworks and policy evolution

Deep experience in: Counterparty risk Collateral & Margining Portfolio concentration & exposure management
