Summary: The role of Credit Risk Business Analyst involves a focus on credit risk management, specifically utilizing both IRB and standardized approaches. The candidate will ensure the accuracy of information from risk systems to finance, playing a vital role in compliance and data flow management. This position requires a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in risk and finance systems. The role is based in London and requires in-office presence for two days a week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure accuracy and appropriateness of information from risk systems to finance.
- Manage data flows between risk, finance, and IT systems.
- Identify issues and develop effective remediation strategies.
- Prepare and report on IRB data and compliance with capital requirement regulations.
- Support day-to-day regulatory PRA submissions with finance data.
Key Skills:
- Expertise in credit risk and risk management systems.
- Proficiency in Excel, SQL, SAS, or Python for data manipulation.
- Strong understanding of data flow and compliance with IRB standards.
- Knowledge of Capital Requirements Regulation (CRR II) and Capital Requirements Directive (CRD).
- Minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience in credit risk analysis.
