What You’ll Do As a Credit Management Specialist you will support the Credit Director and be the link between the various teams based in our shared services in Porto (Portugal) and the local teams (Sales, Account & Sales Operations, Finance, Management). You will be involved in all aspects of Credit Management, from initial set-up, through to Customer Data, Collections, Dispute Management, Risk Management, Insolvencies and Legal Cases. You will give project support as we upgrade our SAP system to S/4HANA ( including FSCM ) during 2025. This role will be replicated in various European locations and you will be expected to work closely with this extended team to share knowledge and help push Credit Management Europe forwards.
