Key Responsibilities:

Company Overview You will be joining a very well-established, prestigious and highly regarded Business Management Consultancy as their Credit Controller on an initial 9 month temporary assignment. This is a newly created role working in a close-knit team, reporting directly into the Credit Control Manager, supported by a much larger wider finance team consisting of Accounts Payable, Billing, Finance Operations and more. You will be based in their super modern Central London office 1-2 days a week, with the opportunity to work from home for the remaining days.
Role Responsibilities In your new role, you will be responsible for assisting the Credit Control Manager and Team Leader on a day to day basis, completing daily admin tasks, resolving internal and external queries, preparing the quarterly review of country commentary of all invoices over 180 days, actively resolving all credit balances/unassigned cash within the region and documenting in line with legal requirements, assisting in the month-end close process for an AR perspective, assisting with time-sensitive projects and working with the legal team on collection matters (when required). You will liaise closely with the Billing and AP teams to actively resolve queries and escalate issues as and when appropriate, and have specific management of EMEA wide client accounts that need assistance.
Role Requirements To be considered for this role, you will need to have at least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role (Credit Control Admin, Credit Controller or Finance Assistant) and be a super proactive, enthusiastic, dedicated and committed individual with meticulous attention to detail and an outstanding work ethic. You will be a strong communicator who is confident liaising with stakeholders at all levels across the business. You will be a flexible and adaptable team player who thrives in a deadline-driven environment. You will have strong Excel skills and be confident with the use of Accounting software such as SAP, Sage or Xero.
