Summary: The role of Credit Controller involves managing the credit and collections processes within a small finance team in Sheffield. This temporary, fully office-based position requires strong communication skills and a proactive approach to ensure timely collection of debts. Key Responsibilities:
- Monitoring customer accounts and ensuring timely collection of outstanding debts
- Building strong relationships with clients to resolve payment issues
- Assessing creditworthiness and setting credit limits
- Preparing aged debt reports and liaising with internal departments to resolve queries
- Supporting month-end processes and contributing to cash flow forecasting
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant regulations

Your new role
