Key Responsibilities:
- Chasing and collecting overdue rent and fees.
- Handling a large volume of inbound and outbound calls.
- Proactively communicating with tenants and landlords regarding payment issues.
- Monitoring team and individual collection targets.
- Negotiating arrears instalment plans with tenants and landlords.
- Performing administrative duties related to estate agency lettings.
- Handling complaints and issuing first-line responses.
- Liaising with Operations and internal functions to resolve queries.
Key Skills:
- Experience in credit control procedures or customer service/contact centre experience.
- Ability to remain calm and composed during phone calls.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
