Summary: The Credit Control Admin role at Ocorian involves acting as a liaison between client contacts and global teams to ensure timely debt collection and support for debt-related matters. This is a temporary position for six months based in Belfast, Northern Ireland.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as point person for all matters related to client debt, coordinating with relevant teams across different jurisdictions.
• Chase overdue payments and assist with the resolution of client queries and issues.
• Refer debts to third-party collection agencies when necessary.
• Report information on collections, debtor days, aged debt analysis, and activity levels to management.
• Deliver challenging targets based on the value of collections and other metrics.
• Perform additional ad-hoc duties as required.

Key Skills:

• Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in credit control or customer service.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient IT skills and negotiation skills.
• Experience with Navision is useful but not essential.
